How will my order be delivered?:
All orders are delivered by PostNL. The delivery person can offer your order at a delivery address of your choice. Are not you present? Then your order will be delivered to your neighbors. The postman then leaves a notification stating where the package has been delivered. If delivery to the neighbors fails, the deliverer will try a second time at a later time. If you are not present, the deliverer will deliver the package to the nearest collection point. If the delivery of your order is ultimately not possible, this return will be sent and we will contact you.
Can I provide a different delivery address?:
When placing your order you can choose where you want the order to be delivered or collected. Did you make a mistake? Please contact our customer service immediately. We can then adjust the delivery address for you.
I have not received a shipping confirmation, what now?:
Please contact our customer service. We then figure out the problem and immediately look for a solution.
My Track & Trace code does not work, what now?:
The Track & Trace code usually works after 17:00, as the package will be offered to the PostNL distribution center by then. It is also possible that the Track & Trace code only works the next morning after 08:00.
What are the shipping costs?:
Orders from £50 will be sent free of charge. For orders under £50, - we charge £9,95 shipping.
